I THINK WE REALLY CONNECTED

I THINK WE REALLY CONNECTED I THINK WE REALLY CONNECTED I THINK WE REALLY CONNECTED I THINK WE REALLY CONNECTED
I crafted a series of posters inspired by contemporary dating culture, particularly the way individuals portray themselves on dating apps. Drawing inspiration from Polyester Zine's "Web Weaving" article on young people's online presence, the project centers around a character named Ema. This initial poster evolved into a comprehensive series exploring the nuances of self-presentation in the digital realm. The relatability of these posters resonates with viewers, as they draw connections to individuals they know personally or even aspects of themselves. Expanding beyond the posters, I transformed the concept into a website—named "I think we really connected" a community hub for sharing "Dating Reviews" anonymously. This platform fosters a blend of humor and emotional exchange, creating a space for people to connect over their dating experiences.
